By purchasing a ticket or attending our event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest with prior notice (no later than 48 hours before the event).

2. Event Access
Each ticket admits one person to the event. Seating is free and open, on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise noted.

3. Photography & Videography Consent
By attending, you grant Onceincom and Once in Agency permission to capture photo and video content during the event.
These materials may be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.
If you wish not to appear in media materials, please notify the registration desk upon arrival.

4. Social Media & Tagging
We love seeing your experience through your lens.
Please tag us on Instagram @onceincom and use the event hashtag if available.

5. Code of Conduct
We value respect, collaboration, and community spirit.
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward guests, partners, or staff will not be tolerated.
The organizers reserve the right to ask any attendee to leave without a refund.

6. Event Changes or Cancellations
In case of unforeseen circumstances (venue issues, weather, etc.), the organizers reserve the right to reschedule or modify the event.
All updates will be communicated via email or official social media channels.
